Good value for my first order

Decent products, mixed experience

I ordered the Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, plus a Microfibre Hair Turban. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Shipping took about a week, which was okay, but not super fast. The shampoo and conditioner are pretty good; my hair feels softer and less frizzy after using them for a couple of weeks. The turban is also quite soft and helped with drying. I had a small question about ingredients for the Hair Oil, which I messaged customer service about, and they got back to me within 24 hours with a clear answer. The products themselves are solid, definitely salon quality. Just wish shipping was a touch faster for the price point.

Fantastic hair products!

Yeah, pretty sure they're fine. I use the moisture repair shampoo and conditioner on my balayage and it's been totally fine, actually helps keep it looking fresh.

I returned a shampoo once cause it wasn't for me, and it was pretty straightforward. Just contact customer service, they tell you what to do. Not a hassle at all.

Yeah, I think you just need to initiate it within a certain number of days and the product has to be mostly unused. Check their site for the exact wording though, afaik.

They usually say 'cannot be combined with other offers' on their coupons, so I'd assume no. Bundles are already discounted anyway, so the coupon won't apply to those.

Mine took about 8-10 days to get to me in Texas last time. So maybe a week and a half for California? It's not Amazon fast but not terrible for coming from the UK.

I'd say they're definitely up there. I switched from Olaplex to FUL's Intense Moisture Mask and my hair has never felt better. It's really good stuff, truly professional feeling.

They're not bad at all. I used to be a huge Living Proof fan, and FUL holds its own. The scalp treatment is particularly good, haven't found anything comparable.
